Let us begin by saying thank you. An astounding number of you took part in our Cast in Style Customer Questionnaire, which ran from April to July earlier this year.

The results collected allowed us to gather together a wealth of information on what you think of Cast in Style, our product range and our competitors in the online retail industry.

The data we discovered was enlightening, and will be used to help fuel many of our future ideas. It has also given us some great suggestions for how we can make your experience with Cast in Style even more enjoyable.

We uncovered that over 30% of people who shop at Cast in Style are returning customers, a statistic that we’re really happy about. We value each and every one of our customers, and will endeavour to create a site that keeps people coming back for more.

The majority of those who filled out the questionnaire found us organically through search engines, showing we have a strong brand presence online when it comes to our market.

When we asked what attracted you to Cast in Style in the first place, we’re incredibly pleased to announce that a stunning 60% of you listed our wide range of products as the main factor.

This is great news for both us as a business and all of our customers, as we will continue to innovate, develop and expand upon our pre-existing range, in the hopes of being able to offer the widest selection of quality cast iron home and garden-ware.

Other standout answers listed as attractions to our store include the statement that we are “…A local company with a wide, interesting product range”, and that our range of products are “Excellent quality with many made in the UK”.

We actually found a large demand for quality British made products, and this is a factor that were going to be particularly focussed on promoting moving forward.

Product Range

Everyone who filled out the questionnaire said they’d consider using the products featured on our site around their home and garden, with most opting to fit the products themselves. This suggests that the majority of our products are user-friendly, and can be purchased and fitted easily at home by you the customer, without any specialist DIY skills needed.

Product RangeWe saw a large demand for the wide range of products that Cast in Style sell. Many people noted that they had bought more than one type of product, and in a few occasions all of the products listed on the questionnaire. We’re pleased to be able to offer such a diverse range of quality products.

There were also notable suggestions for bespoke products, which can be customised by the users themselves. This may be something we’ll look to address further in the future, but for now users can customise their very own post-boxes and signs with their own motif, lettering and colours

A whopping 70% of you believed that our products were priced fairly. When compared with other online stores, over a third of those who carried out the questionnaire said that Cast in Style’s products were better priced or excellent value for money.

We believe in producing quality products, and we price them accordingly. With the cost of living rapidly on the rise, we will endeavour to keep our prices as fair as possible.

Prices99% of the customers also said they felt as secure as other web sites if not more so when shopping on the Cast in Style online store.
