It’s easy to order over the web. Click on the product that you want, select the quantity and colour where applicable and click the ‘Add to basket’ button. From this screen, you can then decide to proceed to the checkout where your order will be finalised or you can continue shopping and add more items to your basket. You may also open an account with us which will allow our system to remember you each time you visit our site, so that you don't have to re-enter you details every time you make a purchase. You can also view you order status and history.

You can also purchase gift certificates from us of any amount that you would like. We will e-mail you your certificate number and you can simply enter this on our order page to use you certificate. Gift certificates make idea presents or gifts.

Don't forget to add the cost of postage
Please make sure that all cheques are drawn on a UK bank, are denominated in Sterling and are made payable to Cast in Style Ltd. Don’t forget to include all your contact details and supply an e-mail address if possible.

Product Warranties

All products available on Cast in Style are supplied with the manufacturers warranty where applicable.  

Despatch and Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within one working day of receiving the order, depending on stock availability. If there is any problem with supplying a particular item, we will make every effort to contact you. All UK orders are despatched via Amtrak and should be with you within 1-3 days. International orders will be despatched via Amtrak or DHL.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Cast in Style. However, if you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, then we will refund or exchange the item as long as you return it to us in it’s original condition and packaging within 30 days of placing the order. If the problem is down to us then we’ll refund the return postage costs too. All returns should be sent to:
