Our Standard Delivery option
will be dispatched within 2-5 days working providing they are in stock. At busy times,
however (i.e Christmas), this may take longer due to circumstances beyond
our control.
Our Express Delivery option (for items ordered before 12pm) will be dispatched within 1 day on a next working day service. This means your order will arrive next working day after you ordered it. Hand made orders or products out of stock cannot be sent on express delivery, please do not choose this option for these items.
Our Saturday Delivery option is a special service we provide (to certain locations only) for orders to arrive on Saturday. They are sent on a before 12pm service
Some of our products (such as door knobs and hooks) are hand finished to order, these will take about 4-7 Days delivery and are denoted by the hand made logo below.
Most of our products are quite heavy and we are able to offer a superb delivery rate of £6.45 at our Standard rate
For example our Kitchen maid clothes airer will cost £6.45 for most UK mainland deliverys.
