We all remember the image of the adorable little pup sitting next to a phonograph with his head cocked to the side. He was born in Bristol, England in 1884, and the inquisitive little puppy named Nipper became an icon for the music industry. This sturdy cast iron doorstop is sure to delight all those who love the little dog and his inquisitive nature. Nipping on the backs of peoples' legs, the way many puppies do, is how this dog earned his name. He was a cross breed of part Bull Terrier and part Fox Terrier and became famous for listening to the phonograph in a quizzical manner. We are delighed to be able to include this durable heavy statue in our range which would make a lovely ornament or hold open a sturdy door.
