| This wok deserves a 5/5. I did a lot of looking around on the internet and I came to the conclusion that Cast Iron (although heavier) is the best material for a wok. This is because of it's extremley even heat distribution something that was fustrating me as the bottom of my old wok burned fast. It has prooved to be very hard wearing! I use it almost everyday at university and have cooked some amazing meals with it, including curries, stir fry, thai, chinease, plus use it for steaming with a bamboo steamer. You will need a wok of this quality if you stir fry very often like myself, my wok is now becomming more and more non-stick the more I use it. I doubt I will ever need another one in my lifetime it's that good quality! |

| Really good quality wok - gets very hot, need to preheat about 7 mins. It is hotter than a carbon steel wok on my gas. Very pleased. |
