This Shakespeare Latch Set is made from hand-forged steel. It is a high quality product, with a pewter patina finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance it's setting. The Shakespeare range has been hand-crafted and is truly an elegant work of art. If you enjoy the charm of natural wood, this is an ideal way to enhance it with. This latch combines functionality, traditional looks and durability. Comes complete with all fixings and screws and a 8mm spindle which is long enough for a 3" door or gate thickness.
