Product description

These Monkeytail door handles are made from hand-forged steel. They are a high quality product, with a black finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance it's setting. The handles are hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated. These handles combine functionality, traditional looks and durability - they will enhance the look of any door and at the same time work as sturdy fully functional handles. Stylish and modern, it is equally suited to a new home as well as a period one. These quality door handles are supplied as a pair and they come complete with all fixings and screws. This handle is a very versatile product when used in conjunction with either a latch, lock, bathroom dead bolt, Euro or Espagnolette mechanism.

Please note the Traditional Blacksmith finish is suitable for internal and external use.

If a latch is required with this handle we recommend the Heavy Duty Door Latch - K2097 in a small (2.5") or medium (3") size.

If a lock mechanism is required we recommend the Heavy Duty Sash Lock K2102 in a small (2.5") or large (3") size. We also recommend you use our Diamond Escutcheon - D3488 for the key hole.

If a bathroom mechanism is required we recommend the Bathroom Mortice Lock - K2101 in a small (2.5") or large (3") size. We also recommend you use our Bathroom Turn Key -D3490
