Then there's the duo ideal to mix and match. These pans are great for grilled veg too! This item of solid cast iron has already been pre-treated with vegetable oil and high heat, it is ready to use. You do not have to do anything to "pre season the surface" as you do with some other products. Like Grandma's black iron cookware they continue to get better (and more non-stick) the more they are used.
