 We are so pleased to have discovered this wonderful product. It was requested by one of our customers and we have gone out of our way to track one down. The cast iron bacon or Panini press is used in the pan or on the griddle pan to press the bacon flat to prevent curly burnt edges, it's wonderful for Panini’s so you can make your own just like in Starbucks! The bacon is cooked to perfection, not burnt but with a crispy edge if preferred as the whole rasher is in contact with the pan. Has a ridge effect to give the char grilled look. A superb item to include in you kitchen cookware. It has an easy to hold coated wire handle an added advantage of the cast iron base is the weight and added iron to the diet.
