Why a Classic Type Clothes Airer?
Our Classic Kitchen Maid® Clothes airers are exclusive to Cast in Style. We discovered this beautiful cast iron end in a remote Scottish foundry and have lovingly had it re-created. It is the most curved cast iron end we make. This means it spaces the wooden laths further apart allowing you to load thicker items such as towels onto the laths more easily.

UPGRADE your airer to a DELUXE version…
Because we make our own airers we can upgrade your Kitchen Maid® clothes airer to our deluxe version. We will change the standard nylon pulley wheels with solid Cast Iron ones. If you have a white Kitchen Maid® we even coat the cast iron wheels in white so they match your whole airer. Just choose deluxe cast iron wheels in the type option above.

Our Classic Kitchen Maid® Pulley clothes airers can be installed in almost any ceiling space including sloping ceilings and staircases. Our Kitchen Maid® Pulley clothes airers are really easy to fit, each airer comes with easy to follow installation instructions which can also be downloaded here.

The components in our airers are unique to us. Unlike other pulleys, our pulleys are specifically designed for strength and durability. Lower quality imitations quite often snap during installation. Our pulleys conform to NICEIC building regulation guidelines, and have longer screw rods to clear ceiling insulation commonly found in new homes.

We 100% guarantee our tough steel “detachable” screw threads will NOT break. Our pulleys are highly adaptable, we are the only company that supplies pulleys with detachable screw threads, therefore, it is only Kitchen Maid® airers that can be easily relocated into a new position. If you move house or relocate your airer we will simply send you replacement screw rods to allow you to reinstall your clothes airer, you will not need to purchase new pulleys and we will do all this for FREE

We also give you the option of 15 meter rope if you have a high or sloping ceiling and need extra length.

I bought this airer at the start of the winter when we moved house and had an aga for the first time. It has been amazining! I have four young children and I have only used the tumble dryer a handful of times in 6 months. This has catered for all my drying needs and it looks great too.
