	On the Web Cast in Style uses the latest 128-bit SSL secure server technology to ensure that your details are completely safe with us. To find out more, click here. It’s easy to order over the web. Click on the product that you want, select the quantity and colour where applicable and click the ‘Add to basket’ button. From this screen, you can then decide to proceed to the checkout where your order will be finalised or you can continue shopping and add more items to your basket. You may also open an account with us which will allow our system to remember you each time you visit our site, so that you don't have to re-enter you details every time you make a purchase. You can also view you order status and history. You can also purchase gift certificates from us of any amount that you would like. We will e-mail you your certificate number and you can simply enter this on our order page to use you certificate. Gift certificates make idea presents or gifts. 	By mail If you’d prefer to pay by cheque or if you’d rather not submit your credit card details over our secure server, then you can order by post. 	Product Warranties All products available on Cast in Style are supplied with the manufacturers warranty where applicable. Our clothes airers come with a 5 year guarantee. This covers all part of the airer except the rope for 5 years from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase will be required for any claims

	Despatch and Delivery We aim to despatch all orders within 1 - 4 working days of receiving the order, depending on stock availability. If there are any problems with supplying a particular item, we will make every effort to contact you. All UK orders are despatched within 1 - 4 working days on standard delivery and should be with you within 1-3 days after this. Express delivery orders are dispatched the same day, if you order before 12 noon on a working day (Monday - Friday), and are sent on a next WORKING day delivery service. This means if you order before 12 noon on a Friday your order will arrive on the following Monday. International orders will be despatched via UPS or Royal Mail.

	Returns and Refunds We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Cast in Style. However, if you have any reason to be dissatisfied with your order, then we will refund or exchange the item as long as you return it to us in it’s original condition and packaging within 14 days of placing the order. If the problem is down to us then we’ll refund the return postage costs too.
