Delivery Options Help
Please note that our clothes airers, shelf racks and fire bowls and accessories can take up to 4-7 working days to dispatch during busy periods. Thank you.
Standard Delivery option will be dispatched within 2-3 working days providing they are "IN STOCK", however at busy times, (i.e Christmas) this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Delivery option will be dispatched within 2-5 working days providing they are "IN STOCK", however at busy times, (i.e Christmas) this may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery will be made between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday. We expect 90% of orders sent with Royal Mail to arrive within 2 working days, however, it may take up to 5 working days to arrive, particularly during peak periods
Express 1-2 working day Delivery option (for items ordered before 12pm the day before and are "In STOCK") will be dispatched within 1 day on a 1-2 working day service. This means your order will arrive within the next two working days after you ordered it provided you place the order with us BEFORE 12pm (Noon). Hand made orders or products out of stock cannot be sent on express delivery, please do not choose this option for these items.
*Please note, this service is temporarily unavailable* Express Before 11AM Delivery option (for items ordered before 12pm the day before and are "In STOCK") will be dispatched within 1 day on a before 11am delivery service. This means your order will arrive next working day before 11 am after you ordered it provided you place the order with us BEFORE 12pm (Noon) the previous day. Hand made orders or products out of stock cannot be sent on express delivery, please do not choose this option for these items.
*Please note, this service is temporarily unavailable* Saturday Delivery option (for items ordered before 12pm on Friday or earlier and are "In STOCK") is a special service we provide (to certain locations only) for orders to arrive on Saturday. Orders will be dispatched on Friday to arrive Saturday. Handmade orders or products out of stock may not arrive on the following Saturday from your order and will arrive on a Saturday when the items have been made and are ready to send out to you
Please Note: For Next Day delivery on orders placed Mon-Fri before 12noon. We do not dispatch on weekends or Bank Holidays and so any express orders placed during these periods will be dispatched before noon on the next working day. Express delivery is only available to the UK mainland and is not available to the 'Out of Area' postcodes (eg Scottish remote and UK Islands areas). For example if you order Friday evening, we will dispatch the next working day, which will be Monday, so you order will arrive Tuesday.
BESPOKE HAND MADE ITEMS: Some of our products (such as door knobs and hooks) are hand finished to order, these will take between 4 days to 6 weeks to be made. These time scales are just a guide and can be subject to change.
Most of our products are quite heavy and we are able to offer a superb delivery rate of £6.95 at our Standard rate. For example our Kitchen maid clothes airer will cost £6.95 for most UK mainland deliveries.
