Original design made in 1876. This is a superb quality lions head door knocker, we've seen other versions but this has to be one of the heaviest and most substantial we've seen. Don't be fooled by cheaper versions, this is no flimsy substitute for the best. Just because we've kept the price down does not mean we've scrimped on weight and finish. Our cast iron letter plate has a knocker for easy practical style. With embossed letters on the letter opening. This is the traditional Victorian size letter plate. Solid and original.
