Return Timeframe

Returns must be made within 28 days of purchase. We recommend using recorded delivery for tracking purposes. Returns received after 28 days will be issued with a credit note.

Your Satisfaction

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Kindly send them back within 28 days after exercising your right to cancel.

Notification

You MUST notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order if any parts are missing.

Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, you are entitled to a refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days from the day after receiving the goods. This excludes bespoke or custom-made items.

Return Costs

The cost of returning goods is your responsibility unless the goods are faulty. Items must be in the best possible condition, with original packaging intact. If you return part or all of your order, the delivery charge will not be refunded. In the case of incorrect, damaged, or faulty goods, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

Faulty Items

If we have made a mistake or the items are faulty, we will replace them or refund you in full. In some cases, we may request a photo of the problem to determine the best course of action.
