Ordering online is easy! Select your product, choose quantity and color (where applicable), and click ‘Add to Cart’. You can either proceed to checkout or continue shopping. Creating an account allows for faster checkout, order tracking, and viewing order history.

We accept: Visa,  Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna ( pay in 3 instalments )

🛠️ Product Warranties

All products on Cast in Style come with the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Our Clothes Airers include a 5-year guarantee, covering all metal parts except the rope.

Proof of purchase is required for any warranty claims.

🚚 Dispatch & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 working days, depending on stock availability.

If stock issues arise, we will contact you as soon as possible. UK standard delivery takes 1-3 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery:
Orders placed before 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be dispatched the same day for Next Working Day delivery if in stock.

International orders will be dispatched via FedEx or Royal Mail.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you can return the item in its original condition and packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange.

If the issue is due to our mistake, we will also refund the return postage cost.
