Delivery
Standard Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days if in stock. However, during busy periods (e.g., Christmas), dispatch times may be longer. Deliveries occur between 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Royal Mail Delivery
Orders will be dispatched within 2-5 working days if in stock. During peak times (e.g., Christmas), this may take longer. Deliveries occur Monday to Saturday, 8am - 6pm. While 90% of Royal Mail deliveries arrive within 2 working days, it may take up to 5 working days.
Express Delivery
Available for orders placed before 12pm (Noon) and only for in stock items. Orders will arrive within the next two working days. Handmade orders or out-of-stock items are not eligible for this service.
Bespoke Hand-Made Items
Some products, such as door knobs and hooks, are hand-finished to order. These may take between 4 days to 6 weeks to be made. Timeframes are a guide and subject to change.
Delivery Costs
Most products are heavy, and we offer a standard delivery rate of £6.95. For example, our Kitchen Maid Clothes Airer costs £6.95 for most UK mainland deliveries.
Delivery Post Codes
Remote locations, such as the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, and Northern Ireland, will be subject to additional charges. The delivery cost will be calculated for you before you make a purchase, and you will be able to see the total cost before completing your order.
