This Locking Staple Pin is made from hand-forged iron. It is a high quality product, with a beeswax finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. It is generally used on a thumb latch where privacy is required such as a bathroom or toilet door. Supplied with a leather thong and pin to prevent the movement of the latch bar.
 
Please note the Beeswax Finish is for internal use only.
