Matt Black Brompton Door Knocker

Our Brompton range is forged from mild steel which emphasises the high quality materials and manufacturing techniques used. A perfect design choice for external doors with matching products available. Coordinate with our matching Brompton centre door knobs for a truly grand entrance. Fixes to your door using a bolt-through fixing for the knocker and strike plate which is fitted with a matching knurled bolt head on the internal side of the door. Supplied with matching 110mm stainless steel threaded bolts which provide a bolt-through fixing. Our refined Matt Black products are forged from a base of solid steel and then baked in a high temperature oven to create a subtle, black patina. This refined finish is extremely versatile, with a distinct contemporary feel that works especially well in modern interiors.

 

Care & Maintenance

An extremely low maintenance finish, ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms, or externally where damp conditions are expected.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using ‘3-in-1 Oil’. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

For any minor scratches that may occur through general wear and tear, our durable 'Black Touch Up Paint' (K8553) is available to help restore the finish and preserve the appearance of your product.
