Matt Black Locking Stay Pin (Steel Window)

For use with our steel window stays where locking is required. Our locking stay pins are used to replace standard stay pins for added security. Sold in singles. Supplied with matching SS M5 machine screws. Our refined Matt Black finish has a distinct contemporary feel. Naturally, it looks great in ultra-modern interiors, but this versatile finish is timeless and will create a sophisticated statement in traditional or more rustic settings too. The Matt Black finish is applied to a base material of solid steel and then baked in a high temperature oven, resulting in a subtle black patina that emphasises the product's clean silhouette. This finish is extremely low maintenance and has excellent corrosion resistant properties, making it perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens or externally where damper environmental conditions are expected.

 

Care & Maintenance

An extremely low maintenance finish, ideal for use in kitchens and bathrooms, or externally where damp conditions are expected.

An oily cloth can be used to wipe over the finish from time to time to remove any harmful deposits that build up on the surface of your product, this will also aid protection against any environmental elements.

To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using ‘3-in-1 Oil’. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.

For any minor scratches that may occur through general wear and tear, our durable 'Black Touch Up Paint' (K8553) is available to help restore the finish and preserve the appearance of your product.
