Blacksmith External Beeswax Arrow Head Door Hinges - Hook and Band Cranked

These Arrow Head door hinges are made from hand-forged iron and they have a hook and band hinge. They are a high quality product, with a beeswax finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance its setting. The hinges are hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated. These hinges combine functionality, traditional looks and durability - they will enhance the look of any door and at the same time work as sturdy fully functional hinges. The cranked hinge allows a door to be flush with the surface of the frame. As a guide, you require hinges that are at least halfway to two thirds the width of the door that they are being fitted to. These quality door hinges are supplied as a pair and they come complete with all fixings and screws. Please note the External Beeswax Finish is manufactured from an anti-corrosive beeswax which means that the ironwork can be used outdoors, it is recommended that the iron work be maintained by occasional application with our beeswax maintenance wax.
