ReviewsThis Octagonal Knob Set is made from hand-forged iron. It is a high quality product, with a beeswax finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance its setting. The latch is hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated.
The set comes complete with two loose roses to enable them to be used with a rim or mortice lock, two octagonal knobs and two escutcheons. The set is also supplied with an 8mm threaded spindle which can be adapted for various door thicknesses (up to 60mm).
This door knob set combines functionality, traditional looks and durability - it will enhance the look of any door and at the same time work as a sturdy fully functional door handle. Comes complete with all fixings and screws. Available in two different sizes.
Please note the External Beeswax Finish is manufactured from an anti-corrosive beeswax which means that the ironwork can be used outdoors, it is recommended that the ironwork be maintained by occasional application with our beeswax maintenance wax.
Suitable for internal and external use.
