These Regency lever door handles are made from hand-forged iron. They are a high quality product, with a beeswax finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance its setting. The handles are hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated. Stylish and modern, it is equally suited to a new home as well as a period one. These handles combine functionality, traditional looks and durability - they will enhance the look of any door and at the same time work as sturdy fully functional handles. These quality door handles are unsprung and supplied as a pair, they come complete with all fixings and screws. Please note the External Beeswax Finish is manufactured from an anti-corrosive beeswax which means that the ironwork can be used outdoors, it is recommended that the ironwork be maintained by occasional application with our beeswax maintenance wax.
