French Door Multi Point Lock Kit

This French Door Multi Point Lock Kit is made from stainless steel, also known as a 3 Point Espagnolette Lock, is not only of excellent quality but is also very secure. 

 

The kit includes a main lock, slave lock, top or bottom bolts x 4, dead lock keeps x 4 (26mm x 26mm) and door latch strike plate (144mm x 12mm). Suitable for use with doors with a minimum size of 1830mm up to a maximum of 2115mm. Can be used for securing flush French timber doors, the master lock securely engages into slave mechanism and automatically deadlocks a slave unit once operated. With this lock there is no need for false/dummy mullion, the lock is a non-handed lock mechanism with a reversible sash bolt.

 

There is a main lock with a full 3 point locking system, which fits to one of the french doors, and a slave lock which has bolts which come out of the top and bottom and fits to the other french door. The slave door bolts are engaged by lifting the handle on the door and this effectively secures the door shut on this side. The other door, with the main lock in it, can now be opened and closed and locked into the slave door securing both doors shut. The main door 3 point lock is engaged the same way by lifting the handle and then the euro key lock can be used to lock it shut.

 

This lock can be used with standard 92mm unsprung handles and euro profile cylinders. Available in two different sizes.
