Crafted from History
In 1988, a number of original Victorian and Edwardian patterns were discovered in the hidden corners of Rawnsley Foundry in Staffordshire. Buried under years of dust and debris, many of these intricate moulds have since been lovingly restored to their original condition — and castings are once again being produced from them.
Cast in Style has been privileged to acquire this prestigious collection of authentic patterns, preserving their legacy for future generations. These are not reproductions — they are true castings, made from original patterns using the same traditional methods and materials as their 19th-century creators.
Every mould is prepared by hand. Molten iron is still poured by skilled craftsmen. This careful process ensures that every piece remains as unique and characterful as the originals that inspired them.
Whether you are restoring a period property to its former glory or simply appreciate the finer things in life, a Cast in Style casting offers you the rare chance to own a piece of true heritage — beautifully made, and built to last.
