To use the Kadai Beads, you simply empty the beads into your Kadai and level off. Next, light your charcoal or wood directly on the beads. After use, remove the ash with a Kadai Shovel and level.
This bag has 5 litres of beads which is the recommended amount for a 60cm bowl. We recommend 7.5 litres of beads for the 70cm bowl, and 10 litres of beads for the 80cm bowl.
