Blacksmith Beeswax Locking Avon Casement Fastener

This Locking Avon Casement Fastener is made from hand-forged iron. It is a high quality product, with a beeswax finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance its setting. This casement fastener can be fitted to any modern espagnolette rod or stand-alone centre lock. Supplied complete with a 7mm x 70mm spindle and can be locked with an allen key (supplied) by way of a grub screw hidden under the handle. This fastener combines functionality, traditional looks and durability - it will enhance the look of any window and at the same time work as a sturdy fully functional fastener. Comes complete with all fixings and screws and both a mortice and hook plate.
