ReviewsThis Oval Knob Set is made from hand-forged iron. It is a high quality product, with a beeswax finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance its setting. The latch is hot forged i.e. drawn to shape, not welded or fabricated.
The set comes complete with two loose roses to enable them to be used with a rim or mortice lock, two oval knobs and two escutcheons. The set is also supplied with a threaded spindle which can be adapted for various door thicknesses (up to 60mm).
This door knob set combines functionality, traditional looks and durability - it will enhance the look of any door and at the same time work as a sturdy fully functional door handle. Comes complete with all fixings and screws.
Please note the Beeswax Finish is for internal use only.
