This Espagnolette Locking Monkeytail Casement Fastener is made from hand-forged iron. It is a high quality product, with a pewter patina finish and hand forged using traditional English blacksmithing methods. The design is based on timeless classics but hand-forging means no two pieces are identical, each one a unique yet functional work of art that will only enhance its setting. This casement fastener can be fitted to any modern espagnolette rod or stand-alone centre lock. Supplied complete with a fixed 38mm spindle which allows for cutting. To ensure smooth movement the fastener has a washered knuckle.
