Kadai Smoker Box

The Smoker Box is a simple quick and effective way to enhance the taste of your food. All you need to do is put smoker wood chips into the smoker box and then place in your Kadai bowl. The chips will gently infuse your food with a unique smokey sweet flavour. The box is made from steel with a handy perforated lid to allow the perfusion of flavours. For maximum results use with the Kadai Lid.

 

Please note the box will become very hot so always handle wearing a Kadai glove.

 

 

Your outdoor metal items are coated in a product that is designed to take on a natural rust finish, this is part of the character of the metal. Periodically use wire wool or an abrasive pad on the item to remove any loose rust, then regular oiling with vegetable oil will help to keep them in good condition. Alternatively, for a longer lasting finish we recommend that the item is coated with Owatrol Oil at least once a year. Using an abrasive pad rub down your metal product to remove any loose rust (do not remove the firm rust as this is what the Owatrol Oil adheres to and penetrates best). Use a brush to sparingly apply Owatrol Oil and evenly spread it out with a cotton cloth. If required you can apply further coats, this will give greater protection and add a lustre finish - we recommend that your metal products are stored inside during the winter.
