This fanlight catch is available in a flush or a recess version. The catch is cast from malleable iron with gun metal shoots. This is a high quality product, very solid and with a black smooth finish. Do not confuse this quality product with cheaper imports.

Use the flush type where the window frame lines up "Flush" with the case of the window.

Use the recessed type where the window is set back from the case of the window. This is usually the case for most types of normal window.
