The Sash Eye Lift in satin brass is a simple yet elegant fitting designed to assist in the smooth opening and closing of sash windows. Ideal for traditional timber sash windows, it provides a discreet and practical grip while enhancing the overall look of the window.
Finished in a soft satin brass tone, it offers a subtle, refined appearance that complements both period properties and modern interiors. Its compact design sits neatly on the lower sash, allowing for easy operation without detracting from the window’s aesthetic.
Crafted from durable materials, the sash eye lift ensures reliable everyday use while maintaining its understated charm over time.
Finish
Satin Brass offers a sophisticated and more contemporary alternative to Polished and Aged Brass. The rich, warm undertones, and matt look of this finish exude luxury and are perfect for creating a statement in any space. Best suited to more modern homes and interiors, it works well when paired with darker tones and colours.
Manufactured from solid brass, our Satin Brass products are brushed with a satin wheel during the final stages of manufacturing, giving them their distinctive, matt appearance, before a high quality matt lacquer is applied to the surface for protection.

Care & Maintenance
We advise against the use of chemicals, and other harsh cleaning products on this finish as it may affect the lacquer.
Products should be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth and wiped over with a wax-based furniture polish like our 'Maintenance Wax' K2149. This will help remove dirt, fingerprints and watermarks, while offering some protection and protecting the lacquer.
To increase the mechanical life expectancy of your products, we recommend regular oiling of all moving parts using ‘3-in-1 Oil’. This process is also highly recommended during initial installation.
