Polished Brass Locking Brompton Fastener

The Brompton suite is our most contemporary design to date and features a textured, knurled surface. Designed to fit casement windows and to match the products in our Brompton range. These fasteners are handed, so it's important to make sure you choose the correct hand. From the inside looking out, if your window is hinged on the left hand side then a left hand fastener is required and vice versa. Includes mortice and hook plates for different fitting options. The locking mechanism operates by way of grub screw. Suitable for use with weather-stripped windows. Supplied with matching SS wood screws. Made from solid unlacquered brass, this finish is both classic and simplistic and offers great possibilities for stately and period dwellings alike, particularly where a very traditional look is desired. When fully polished this finish has a depth of reflection. However, as the product is unlacquered this can also be left to age naturally, which over time will create a beautifully historic finish.
