The advantage of a raised bookcase strip is that it has a low profile and fewer fixing holes per length which makes it an easier and a cost effective alternative to the traditional inlaid strip design. The strip has wide flanges which allows alternative fitting methods such as spot welding which in turn allows the strip to be installed within steel cabinets.

For fitting purposes, the shelves need to be a minimum of 7mm shorter than the internal width of the cabinet. The strip can be used in conjunction with the single or double studs. Supplied without fixing screws.
