This Bean thumb latch is made iron and brought right up to date with a tough black finish. It is a high quality product with a design which is based on timeless classics.

The latch comes complete with a screw in retaining arm staple or alternative nail in staple, and a door frame keep. The keep is designed to be nailed into the door frame and then a screw fitted to secure it strongly to the door frame.

These latches combine functionality, traditional looks and durability - they will enhance the look of any door and at the same time work as sturdy fully functional thumb latches. This thumb latch has the advantage of an extra long thumb bar, can be used on doors of a maximum thickness of 75mm. Comes complete with all fixings and screws. Also available with a normal length thumb bar.

Suitable for internal and external use.
