Care & Maintenance

Wash in hot, soapy water, then dry thoroughly and apply a thin coat of cooking oil to the inside.
The Roasting Oven was not designed to be water tight. If you wish to cook foods containing liquids, line the oven with foil or create a greaseproof paper parcel and cook en papillote.
