A faithful copy of a Victorian original. Featured in the 5th July 1884 'Ironmonger' periodical. Reported to be the first holder able to hold un-perforated toilet paper. Ideal to add a touch of authenticity to any Victorian Bathroom.
 
Please note this item is cast from iron with a thin layer of lacquer and oil. This item will age over time, if you would like to slow this process you can do so by ensuring the thin layer of oil is maintained.
